SHIPPING:  Our normal ship method is UPS Ground.  You may request shipment via another carrier and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  You may also expedite your shipping by upgrading to 2nd Day or Next Day services.  These services will result in additional shipping charges and will be shown when you check out.

RETURNS:  You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return defective or misshipped items in their original packaging with all components. All products must be returned in original packaging and in reasonable condition. We will not accept damaged merchandise that was not inspected by the customer upon delivery and not claimed on the original delivery receipt. Installed product cannot be returned for credit. RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.  SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
